I have always heard that using a rice cooker to make cakes and bread, It was really good to try for the first time.
The crispy formed by the dipped maple syrup on the bottom is really sweet and tempting, and it matches the little sourness brought by the raisin wrapped in the dough, and the incense from the sesame wrapped inside.
